• Nightly rates include up to four people.  $10 for each additional person.

• There is a two-night minimum.  Longer minimum stays may be required during special events or holidays.

• Regular Rate:  $175 per night

• Event Rate:  $200 per night

• Event rates are in effect for stays around various holidays and the fall season (September through November).

• Holidays may include (but are not limited to) New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter and/or Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

• Rates and effective dates are subject to change without notice.
